Two New Annies





It was a good week. I got to play with my grandson Dominic and finish two Annies.


The company I buy my wool from sent the wrong color. I decided to keep it and make this platinum blonde Annie. I do believe I like her! Her dress fabric is one of my favorites. Her apron is from a piece of vintage linen and I added some machine stitching.






"Happiness" Annie just happened. I love to create that way, never knowing how Annie will look until she is done.
Can you tell I'm more than ready for spring?

    Personally....I do love the really blonde hair on that one! And the purple Annie....really lovely...makes me think of purple hyacinths...definetly spring mode.
