Thinking Autumn!

With the hot weather we've been having I can't help but dream of autumn.

I found this black cat at a country fair a few years ago
and was waiting for the right Annie.

Happy Haunting loves her little black cat
she also has a rusty pumpkin too!

Country Welcome Annie
I love stitching different tags for my Annies.
These two Annies will be up on Ebay Friday and Sunday, hopefully.
Have a great week everyone
and
God bless.

Too Too Hot!!!

This week will be extremely hot in my little town of Bethlehem, Pa.
Glad I am working on autumn Annies.
At least I can dream of cooler weather sewing fall color dresses for Annie.

Ready for Ebay on Friday or Sunday (I haven't decided yet)
is Sunflower Smile with her hugh sunflower
made from an olde cutter quilt and coffee stained.
Thanks for visiting ~ stay cool!
God bless.

Little Hoot Annie

Lately it seems all I want to do is sew and create new Annies.

All my Annies are finished in steps ~ first bodies sewed, stuffed, stained, eyes painted and faces stitched.
Then they sit in my "factory" waiting to get dressed.
So two were finally dressed and given hair this weekend.

Little Hoot who comes with a pin cushion.
He was made from a cutter quilt.
Angels Watching Over Me
Her charm is an angel charm engraved with "Angels Watching Over Me" ~
I gave her a little white bear dressed similar ~
and a little heart pillow with "love" written with buttons.
This little Annie is a little darker than usual
(I must put an extra scoop of coffee in when mixing her stain, oops!)
Thanks for visiting this week.
Wishing all a wonderful week and God bless.

Happy Birthday America!

Happy 4th of July to all my American friends.
Praying for God's blessing on our nation today and every day.

Glad to have a long weekend and sew Annies!
This little songbird will be going on EBay today.
She has a hang tag that says "this song is for you" and comes with two little birds.
I fell in love with the fabric, it is a border fabric with a
black background and sage green butterflys....
I sketched a butterfly similar to one on her dress and then hand stitched it on a pillow.
Spider Witch is a OOAK Annie...
her felt spider is from a Rita Stuart Collection pattern.
I gave her long puffy sleeves and a black waist sash with a crystal button...
of course her witch shoes have curled toes, rusty pins and bells
...had to give her a broom too!
Hope you enjoy my new Annies.
Wishing all the very best and God's blessing to all.
Thanks for visiting.
