Sit or Stand Flower Girl Annie

Well I do have another Annie

this little one was naked for a few months

and yesterday she kept asking

me to dress her

~

I was not going to post her yet

but my hubby said she is "cool" and "do it!"

Flower Girl Annie is a 

free standing button jointed Annie

and will be on Ebay tonight

Friends Gather Here ~ eye painting help

I've been asked many times how 

I do Annie's eyes ~ hope this helps

~

first I use a button to draw two perfect circles

then paint the circles (eyes) with Gesso

 I use acrylic paint for Annie's eye color

then give her eyes highlights using white paint

when dry I place the black pupil (using end of a brush)

and with a stylus the white accent

I stitch her eye lashes and 

outline her eyes with Prismacolor pencils

my newest Annie is in autumn colors

she has a hand stitched heart ornie

to match her dress ~

even a tiny burgundy dragonfly

~

busy watching my grandchildren

even having a sleepover this Friday

 hope to have a chance 

to work in the factory on Saturday

if I am not too exhausted   :)
