Holiday Annies

Welcome

I finished two new holiday Annies this weekend

~

on Annie's apron I stitched 3 ornaments matching her dress

 ~

I fell in love with this fabric and had to make an Annie

she comes with her little gingerbread man made from felt

and a tiny gingerbread cup

~

I've been extremely busy at work planning events

and exhausted at night

I have a few more holiday Annies planned

and hope to finish them soon

then I will take a much needed break come December

~

three new Annies

wow ~ finished three Annie's this weekend

and my wrists are aching because of it

Faith~Family~Friends Angel 

she has a vintage knitted doily apron

and a crochet doily for wings

 Forever Friends

this Annie comes with a little 6 inch Annie

and a rocking horse

they have been hanging on the factory wall

for over six months without hair

finally decided to finish them
I will list them on Ebay tonight

 Winter Friend

comes with her chenille snowman

her apron was hand stitched to match her dress

Faith Angel and Winter Friend will be
on Ebay at the end of the week

so I really didn't made three Annies in one weekend

but I did finish them and take pictures to post

I am quite proud of myself!

Christmas Annie and Pillows

Christmas Annie comes with two small pillows

~

they are reversible with designs on both sides

 I love this fabric ~ it came with a panel so I made some pillows for Annie

one pillow has

"It's Christmas time, it's time to bow our heads,

say a prayer and celebrate the birth of Jesus" 

the other side has a little prim lamb

~

the second pillow says

"It's Christmas time, it's time for angels to watch over us

 and share some Christmas wishes"

the other side has prim candles

~

my prayer is to never forget the reason for the season, our Savior's birth!

Sleigh Bells Ring

only had time for one new Annie this weekend

worked on an Annie order 

but also

had a family reunion on Saturday

and Sunday walked a 5K 

for pancreatic cancer with my cousins

~

 Sleigh Bells Ring 

is a new Annie 

with a hand stitched apron

~

she will be up on Ebay sometime this week

~

I tried posting on Etsy for awhile

but love the auction of Ebay

this is always a very busy time of year for me

and I have no idea why????

hope to have at least one new Annie next week

A Teddy Bear & Bunny Christmas

working on Christmas Annies

my favorite time of year ~ celebrating Christ's birth ~ 

the only reason for the season

one has a bunny made using a Sweet Meadows Farm pattern

and

the other is a TY bear I changed and 

dressed with a crocheted collar and bow

wish I had more time to write but my real world job 

is keeping me way too busy

~

love my weekends when I play with my Annie dolls!

A Star for Annie

I saw a similar prim star and 

just had to make an Annie with her own star

~

little Annie has no body though

just her head sewed to her star :/

 ~

this Annie has been hanging bald 

on my "factory" wall for awhile  

 finally decided to give her and little Annie hair 

~

their dresses have a toile print of little girls playing 

there is even a doll carriage 

so naturally little Annie had to be in one too

~

all little girls cherish their dolls

so of course she had to be "Cherish"

Cherish is up on Ebay until Sunday evening

~

Happy Labor Day Weekend!

Wishing everyone a safe, happy holiday weekend

I have finally opened a shop on Etsy ~

been asked by customers to set a price

so Etsy seemed right at this time

~

always loved the auction part of Ebay

never knowing what your Annie would sell for but....

times change

~

I will still try to have an Annie listed on both

"try" is the right word because

today I start watching my two beautiful grandchildren

every other weekend while there mama is at work

exhaustion yet joy here I come!

~

one of my Annies finished this week is a custom order

she is similar to a previous Annie only a few inches longer

hope she likes her?!

Count Your Blessings

her apron was made from an old linen napkin

hand stitched "Count Your Blessings" and a basket 

added a tuck with cluny lace trim on her dress 

~

thinking of putting her up on Ebay this weekend :/
